Job summary

Topgolf in the United States is seeking a facilities associate to perform routine inspections, maintenance and cleaning across the venue. You will help with restrooms, dining areas, kitchen spaces, and meeting room setups while ensuring safety and smooth operations.

This role emphasizes detail, teamwork, and effective communication as you monitor supplies, respond to requests, and support security measures.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of facility maintenance & repair procedures.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Ability to perform cleaning tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.
Strong organizational skills for managing supplies and materials.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail in inspecting and maintaining facilities.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on facilities equipment.
Clean and sanitize various areas of the venue, including restrooms, dining areas, and kitchen spaces (sweep, mop, etc.).
Monitor inventory of facility supplies and materials.
Assist in setting up and arranging meeting rooms and workspaces.
Conduct safety checks and report any hazards or issues.
Support facility security measures and access control.
Respond to facility-related requests and inquiries from employees.
