Job summary

Life Time Inc. is hiring a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain cleanliness and deliver excellent member service across the club. You will ensure the facility is spotless, well stocked, and presented to Life Time standards.

Key responsibilities include routine cleaning of indoor/outdoor areas, towel handling, locker room upkeep, and responding to member inquiries about Life Time products and policies. The role requires mobility and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs, with a high school diploma

Qualifications

• Lifts up to 20 lbs as part of daily tasks.
• Must be able to move around the club for extended periods.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
