Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Facilities Operation Lead in San Jose, CA. This role supports the Corporate Real Estate organization and the San Jose campus, including 3 buildings.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage expectations of onsite general contractors and service contractors
  • Manage trackers for current and future projects
  • Conduct monthly meetings with IFM
  • Spend approximately 20% of your day checking in with the IFM
  • Oversee mail processing
  • Prepare weekly reports for internal stakeholders
  • Proactively communicate with office managers to understand projects, gaps, and issues
  • Follow and improve processes as needed; be attentive and accessible
