Job summary

Tract Capital seeks a hands-on Manager of Facilities to oversee current office locations and plan future spaces across North America. You will balance day-to-day operations with long-range workplace planning, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure safe, scalable, employee-ready environments.

The role requires managing multiple sites, executing build-outs, and partnering with People and IT to ensure readiness for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in facilities management or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in facilities, workplace operations, or property management.
• Experience overseeing multiple office locations and support for openings/relocations/build-outs.
• Experience in fast-paced, growth environments with real estate or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead core facilities, workplace operations, and office expansion activities to support Tract Capital’s platform.
• Oversee day-to-day facilities management for existing locations and vendor services.
• Coordinate with brokers, landlords, project managers, architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Track milestones, budgets, risks, readiness items, and launch activities for new offices and relocations.
• Partner with People and IT to ensure workforce readiness and seamless operations.
