Facilities Mechanical Rotating Equipment Technician at The Ohio State University. Under the direction of a senior technician or supervisor, this position supports the continuous operation of mechanical systems and equipment, with responsibilities that include structural welding. The technician inspects, tests, installs, fabricates, modifies, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs a variety of rotating equipment and systems.
The Targeted Hiring Range for this position is $24.95 - $31.19 per hour.
Position works Monday-Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm. Shift, hours, days, and/or location are subject to change based on operational need in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement; may work overtime; subject to 24-hour emergency call.
