Anduril Industries seeks a Facilities Mechanical Engineer for the Arsenal 1 campus in the United States. You will own the campus mechanical infrastructure from central utility plants (chillers, boilers, cooling towers) down to building-level HVAC, compressed air, and process utilities, bridging design and operations.

Anduril’s Facilities team is seeking a Facilities Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The Facilities Operations team is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the physical infrastructure to ensure operational continuity, safety, and efficiency. This role reports through facilities leadership and focuses on the resilience, capacity, and reliability of our central utility plants, HVAC systems, industrial piping, and process cooling/heating systems that power our advanced manufacturing and testing operations.
We are looking for a Facilities Mechanical Engineer to support our rapidly growing Arsenal 1 campus. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert for the campus mechanical infrastructure, spanning from central utility plants (chilled water, heating hot water, cooling towers, boilers) down to building-level HVAC, compressed air, specialty exhaust, and process utilities. You will bridge the gap between design and operations by supporting new construction projects, leading mechanical and controls commissioning efforts, and managing robust preventive maintenance programs.
$86,000—$112,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
