Job summary

Aggregate Mineral Resource Group, LLC is seeking a skilled Facilities Mechanic/Operator to support Desert Center facilities, with strong electrical and low-voltage control expertise.

You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment, monitor control systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep production on track. This full-time role requires 3–5 years of experience, a high school diploma, and a commitment to safety, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and low‑voltage controls.
• Experience in monitoring and adjusting complex industrial processes.
• Proficient with conveyors, pumps, motors and related equipment.
• Able to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Excellent communication and self‑starter problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor facility equipment, adjust controls for optimal production.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot alarms, respond to emergencies, and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineers and production managers on improvements.
• Document maintenance activities and keep logs up to date.
