This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $115,000 annually [or $55.00 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $130,000 annually [or $62.50 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
