Summary of Job Description:
The Facilities Manager (FM) is responsible for planning and managing repair and maintenance for up to 60-100 stores within one (occasionally two) Region(s). The FM provides training to store managers on facility maintenance and repairs. This position involves searching, evaluating, negotiating, and contracting with regional vendors to provide preventative maintenance and repair services. The Facilities Manager oversees vendor performance to ensure quality work is delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Pay Range: $112,500 - $158,000 annually, determined by location and experience.
