Job description

Summary of Job Description:

The Facilities Manager (FM) is responsible for planning and managing repair and maintenance for up to 60-100 stores within one (occasionally two) Region(s). The FM provides training to store managers on facility maintenance and repairs. This position involves searching, evaluating, negotiating, and contracting with regional vendors to provide preventative maintenance and repair services. The Facilities Manager oversees vendor performance to ensure quality work is delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and managing repair and maintenance for up to 60-100 stores within regional metrics, ensuring all meet Panda facility standards.
• Searching, evaluating, qualifying, negotiating, and contracting with local and regional vendors for maintenance and repair services.
• Implementing repair and preventive maintenance programs, training store managers on these programs, and on working with vendors to control quality and costs.
• Supporting risk management by responding to emergencies, inspecting issues, and helping create solutions.
• Using Service Channel tools, reports, and FM metrics to manage vendor performance and control maintenance costs.

Location requirement:

• Remote in Salt Lake City, Utah

Office conditions:

• Travel 40-50%+, including some overnight stays

Required background & experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum five years of facilities maintenance experience and 1-2 years of management experience, preferably in retail/hospitality
• Working toward CRFP certification or equivalent
• Successful completion of initial and periodic training
• Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment
• Successful completion of annual store training
• Active driver's license and ability to drive during work

Pay Range: $112,500 - $158,000 annually, determined by location and experience.
