Job summary

You will partner with operations, engineering, EHS and supply chain to sustain long-term facility reliability, manage budgets, schedules and contractor work while driving improvements in safety and facility performance.

Qualifications

• Five years of facility maintenance management experience.
• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance programs and safety standards.
• Ability to plan, supervise, and budget facility activities.
• Experience coordinating staff and contractors to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Familiarity with reading construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, compliant operation of facility infrastructure to support production.
• Plan, prioritize, and supervise facility maintenance staff and activities.
• Develop maintenance schedules and allocate resources to meet needs.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and cost estimates for equipment and services.
• Coordinate contractors and oversee project work and improvements.
