Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to plan and oversee repair and maintenance for 60-100 stores across one to two Regions.
The role includes training store managers on facility maintenance and managing regional vendors to ensure quality, safety, and cost control. The position requires five years of facilities maintenance experience with management exposure, a related degree or equivalent, a valid Food Handler's Card, and a valid driver's license.
Summary of Job Description:
The Facilities Manager (FM) is responsible for planning and managing the repair and maintenance for up to 60-100 stores in one (occasionally two) Region(s) and provides training to store managers on facility maintenance and repairs.This position searches, evaluates, and negotiates and contracts with regional vendors to provide preventative maintenance and needed repair services to assigned stores.The Facilities Manager manages vendors' performance to ensure work meets quality requirements and is provided in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Pay Range: M2: $112,500 - $158,000 / Annual
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
