Job summary

Andy’s Pizza is seeking a Facilities Manager to keep our DMV locations safe, clean, and running smoothly. You will perform hands-on repairs, patching and maintenance as well as coordinating outside vendors for more complex work.

You’ll manage preventive maintenance and ensure health and safety standards across all locations. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in facilities/R&M, strong vendor management, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on facilities, maintenance, or R&M experience in a multi-unit setting.
• Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and basic plumbing/electrical systems.
• Able to perform repairs in-house and know when to engage licensed vendors.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills across multiple contractors.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Visit restaurant locations daily to identify and address facility and equipment issues.
• Perform repairs to kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical, and light carpentry as needed.
• Coordinate outside vendors for major work and verify quality and invoices.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules across all locations.
• Maintain records, budgets, and clear communications with store managers.
