Bullion International Group is seeking a hands-on Facility Manager to run daily operations of its Oklahoma City facilities and coordinate multiple locations in North OKC and Edmond. The role demands strong project management, contractor oversight, and proactive problem solving to maintain a safe, functional workspace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management or property operations.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and service agreements.
• Experience overseeing building projects or improvements with architects/general contractors.
• Ability to forecast and pre-plan projects for minimal disruption.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance across Oklahoma City facilities.
• Manage janitorial services and ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Coordinate contractor activity, bids, contracts, and sign-offs.
• Lead facility improvement and build-out projects from planning to closeout.
• Maintain records of equipment, schedules, warranties, and vendor contracts.
