Job summary

Eataly North America is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the efficiency, safety and operation of all store facilities. You will lead a large team, manage 24-hour operations, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

The role requires hands-on oversight of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and cleaning services, plus strong leadership, scheduling and vendor coordination. Onsite work with flexible hours and a commitment to safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a large team
• Experience in facilities or custodial supervision
• Strong time management and communication skills required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• OSHA certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manages team members: hires, schedules, trains, motivates, payroll
• Oversees multiple 24-hour facilities including HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, cleaning and storage
• Maintains records of facility conditions and schedules housekeeping
• Ensures clean and sanitary conditions per state/federal regulations
• Assesses equipment conditions and anticipates needs
• Ensures building safety from fire, flood, and hazards
• Oversees inventory and vendor relationships
• Performs additional duties as required
