LasikPlus (LCA-Vision Inc.) is seeking a dependable Facilities Manager to oversee the daily maintenance and safety of the Home Office on-site and support facility needs across approximately 100 Vision Center locations nationwide. The role requires hands-on problem solving, strong organization, and coordination of vendors and repairs to keep facilities fully functional.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities management or related field.
• Hands-on experience with building systems including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Experience coordinating vendors and multiple projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize independently and manage competing tasks.
• Healthcare or multi-site facility experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations at the Home Office and support ~100 Vision Center locations nationwide.
• Coordinate vendor services for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security and general maintenance.
• Schedule and oversee contractors; ensure safety, compliance and quality.
• Identify preventive maintenance needs and coordinate inspections.
• Support facility improvements, renovations and equipment installations; manage timelines and costs.
• Evaluate repair options, obtain competitive pricing and reduce facility expenses.
• Maintain clear communication with center teams and leadership; track requests through completion.
