Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee repair and maintenance for up to 60–100 Panda stores across a region, ensuring standards are met and costs are controlled. The role requires 5+ years in facilities maintenance, 1–2 years in management, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 40–50% with some overnight
The Facilities Manager (FM) is responsible for planning and managing the repair and maintenance for up to 60-100 stores in one (occasionally two) Region(s) and provides training to store managers on facility maintenance and repairs. This position searches, evaluates, and negotiates and contracts with regional vendors to provide preventative maintenance and needed repair services to assigned stores. The Facilities Manager manages vendors’ performance to ensure work meets quality requirements and is provided in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Pay Range: M2: $112,500 - $158,000 / Annual
