Job summary

Faith Technologies, a leader in construction, engineering, manufacturing and renewable energy, seeks a Facilities Manager to lead daily operations, safety inspections, and maintenance across local properties in Wisconsin.

Required: Bachelor's degree and five years' related experience, deep knowledge of HVAC, building automation, life safety, plus strong leadership and budget planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years of related facilities management experience.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of local facilities.
• Maintain HVAC, building automation, fire suppression, security and life safety systems.
• Supervise and train facilities staff.
• Prepare yearly budget estimates.
• Participate in incident reporting, mitigation and emergency preparedness.
• Plan, schedule, supervise and coordinate maintenance and installation of building infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date files and data.
• Ensure facilities are compliant with codes and maintenance protocols.
• Navigate stakeholder relationships and negotiate as needed.
• Respond to after-hours and weekend emergencies.
• Demonstrate leadership and strong problem-solving skills.
