Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least five years of related facilities experience.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.
• Working hours 7 AM–5 PM, Mon–Fri with potential after-hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the local facilities.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, building automation, fire suppression, security, life safety, building and grounds maintenance.
• Supervise and train facilities staff.
• Prepare yearly budget estimates.
• Participate in incident reporting, mitigation and emergency preparedness.
• Plan, schedule, supervise and coordinate maintenance and installation of conventional building infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date files/data.
• Keep building and all facilities up to code and accurately follow maintenance protocol.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, relationship management and negotiation.
• High-level written or oral communication.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to respond to after-hours/weekend emergencies.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
