Job summary

KRUSH Tech seeks an experienced Facility Manager to oversee a new manufacturing facility delivering uncrewed aircraft systems and defense technologies. You will manage building systems, safety programs, and maintenance to ensure reliable operations in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, HSE, Quality, and Supply Chain to support production continuity, capital projects, and preventive maintenance while optimizing space and budgets for future

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3–7+ years of facilities management experience or equivalent.
• Budgets and vendor contracts management experience is expected.
• Professional certifications such as IFMA, FMP, CFM or NEBOSH are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations across offices and buildings.
• Ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and security systems function properly.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate repairs to minimize disruptions and downtime.
• Manage contracts with external service providers and SLA compliance.
• Monitor vendor performance and approve facility-related invoices.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments; coordinate emergency procedures.
• Maintain facility records, budgets, and reports on costs and capital expenditures.
• Support office relocations, expansions, and workspace optimization.
