Trailblazing Portfolio Commander: Remote Facilities Leadership Opportunity!

Transform 40 iconic properties across America from your home base. As our next Facilities Management Virtuoso, you'll orchestrate a dynamic portfolio spanning multiple states while enjoying the freedom of remote work. This role is your chance to become the essential nexus between our prestigious client, their spaces, and the people who inhabit them. You'll serve as the pivotal connection point, collaborating directly with Senior Leadership to elevate property standards and redefine excellence.

Your mission? Craft exceptional experiences across diverse properties while traveling 25-50% of the time to personally inspect and enhance our showcase locations. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on leadership as you champion tenant needs and orchestrate service delivery that exceeds expectations.

Candidate Profile:
  • Based in the central or western regions, with remote flexibility and strategic proximity to our core portfolio.
  • Support the Area Manager in implementing short and long-term projects for the client.
  • Develop and implement programs to reduce costs and increase productivity.
  • Oversee reporting and manage budgets in collaboration with the client.
  • Develop and execute the annual management plan for the buildings within the area.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years industry experience in corporate, third-party service, or consulting roles.
  • Strong organizational and management skills within matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CMMS / Work Order systems.
  • Supervisory experience with vendor performance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting, and building systems is a plus.
Compensation and Location:

Estimated annual salary: $95,000+, depending on experience and location. Positions available in Arlington, TX; Cookeville, TN; Tempe, AZ. This is a remote role with strategic travel requirements.
