Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking an experienced Facility Operations professional to own the Lubbock site’s MEP health, maintenance program, and site services. You will build and enforce a preventive maintenance schedule based on OEM requirements and site history, ensuring reliability.

You will manage vendors and drive clean handovers from construction to operations. Bonus experience includes data center operations, CMMS implementation, NFPA 70E, and water treatment programs.

• Build or rebuild a preventive maintenance program with measurable reliability gains.
• Manage facility vendor contracts with commercial discipline.
• Experience taking buildings over from construction and ensuring clean handovers.

• Fly the plane while it's being built. Sites come online in pieces, and you keep the live ones running flawlessly while construction continues around them.

• Write the playbook, don't inherit it. No prior operations org has run at this speed and scale, so the standards you set become the standard.
