Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager to lead maintenance for a growing restaurant franchise. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and optimal guest experience while overseeing HVAC, walk-in and freezer systems, plumbing, and preventative maintenance.

The role requires 3+ years in a similar managerial capacity, strong budgeting skills, and the ability to travel across four states. EPA licensing is a plus. Join a team focused on growth and high standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar managerial role.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, walk-in and freezer systems, preventative maintenance, and plumbing.
• Experience managing a budget for supplies and maintenance.
• Strong time and project management skills.
• Ability to work some nights and weekends.
• Ability to travel across 4 states.
• EPA license and applicable certifications or degrees a plus!

Maintenance Technician Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar managerial role
• Strong working knowledge of/experience with HVAC, Walk-in, and Freezer, preventative maintenance, and plumbing
• Working knowledge of fryers and ovens, a plus

• Strong time management and project management skills
