This rolemanages facilities/plant operations teams which includes, but is not limited to, regulatory compliance, qualityassurance activities, financial performance and reporting, and personnel management/development. Youmust comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice.What is your day to day? Supervise and direct the plant operations team; Ensuring that the Maintenance, Financial, CMMS,Safety, and Regulatory Compliance programs are performed as efficiently as possible. Makedecisions with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies andbusiness practices. Maintain a working knowledge and ensures compliance with the Master Services Agreement (MSA)and any other relevant amendments or appendices which guide JLL’s relationship. Accountable for financial performance related to Operational Facilities spend while ensuringadherence to established budgets. Track trends and recommend action plans regarding KPI/SLA below standard performance (MSADriven) for Plant Operations/Engineering Services. Provide oversight/support in the delivery of maintenance, projects and vendor activities supportingcritical operations and/or functions. Ensure staff is trained in approved practices and procedures related to proper facility maintenancetechniques. Create a safe work environment for staff by ensuring adherence to all safety/infectioncontrol policies and procedures/practices to include but not limited to the wearing of appropriateprotective clothing and gear and the proper handling of contaminated equipment and tools. Accountable for ensuring that all building systems and equipment are maintained in accordance withapplicable State/Federal/Local regulatory requirements. Determine the degree of compliance with applicable standards, as directed by JLL management,specifically in the areas of NFPA101 Life Safety Code, Safety Management, Security Management,Hazardous Materials Management and Waste. Performs additional duties as requested.Desired experience and technical skillsRequired 5+ years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervisionexperience Managerial experience required with proven budget and personnel responsibilities Strong organizational and management within matrixed organizations; oversight of bothtechnical and administrative staff Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation skills Proficient in MS Office and MS Share Point Computer proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems Supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours including weekends when necessaryPreferred College degree in a related engineering field, formal apprenticeship program or technical tradeschool CHFM Certified Healthcare Facility Manager, CPMM Certified Plant Maintenance Manager, CFM CertifiedFacility Manager or other relevant certifications Oversight of multiple facilities with varied functionsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. **Expected compensation for this position:** 90,000.00 – 105,000.00 USD per year
