Lee & Associates | Cincinnati is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to blend building upkeep with estimating, scheduling, and supervising contractor work for commercial properties. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, good judgement, and the ability to diagnose problems across building systems.
You will perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks, painting and carpentry, manage tenant requests, document activities, and coordinate vendor projects.

High school diploma or GED and experience in multiple trades related to the maintenance, repair, and improvement of commercial properties. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to obtain and provide useful information to management, vendors, tenants, property owners, and contractors. The successful candidate must be able to work in a variety of conditions, including tight or enclosed spaces, at heights, and in varying indoor and outdoor temperatures; follow safety guidelines; identify and report unsafe conditions; and safely use applicable hand and power tools. The candidate must be able to troubleshoot equipment, make repairs or recommendations, follow directions, and complete assignments independently with minimal supervision. Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, or similar programs is preferred, along with general computer skills and the willingness to learn new applications and technology. Employment is contingent upon a clear drug test and criminal background check.
