Four Oaks Family & Children Services in Cedar Rapids is seeking an Experienced Facilities Manager to oversee AHNI properties, coordinate preventative maintenance, and manage facility budgets across multiple sites.

Education/Experience:
A High School diploma or GEDplusten years experience in maintaining facilities ORequivalent related experience. Previous supervisory is experience is preferred. Additional requirements include:
Maintenance work performed typically while walking and standing. Must have physical ability to work standing for extended periods. Must have the ability to inspect and evaluate all mechanical aspects of the building. Must have the ability to climb heights. Must able to lift and carry up to 50lbs. Must know and consistently utilize OSHA recommended techniques for pushing, pulling and carrying. Must be able to safely operate mowing and snow-removal equipment. Must be able to work in an environment that exposes employee to potential minor injuries and frequently adverse weather. Must be able to handle frequent and regular contacts with internal staff for the purposes of addressing specific maintenance requests.
