Job summary

Astra CoreX, Inc. (ACX) is seeking a Facilities Manager to plan, build, and maintain ACX laboratories, propulsion facilities, machine shop, and engineering infrastructure.

The role includes lab/shop layouts, installation of capital equipment, explosive-safe work areas, utilities and safety coordination, and coordinating facility expansion across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or another relevant field.
• 5+ years developing and maintaining technical facilities.
• Strong background in capital equipment procurement.
• Strong familiarity with industrial safety policies and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• U.S. citizen with eligibility for government security clearance.

• Manage utilities and safety coordination.
• Coordinate facility expansion across multiple states.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or another relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years developing and maintaining aerospace and defense facilities.
• Strong background setting up ATF/NFPA explosive facilities.
• Strong background aerospace and defense R&D labs,
• Recent PMP Certification,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Active U.S. government security clearance,

Salary Range

• $115k-$160k
