Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. Full-time associates are eligible for annual bonuses and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates may participate in the 401(k) plan but are not benefits-eligible.
Veterans, active-duty military transitioning personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. We support associates' naturalization efforts by advancing fees for Form N-400 applications, up to $725, after one year of employment.

Manage physical plant operations of a senior housing and healthcare campus, including safety and security systems, maintenance, repairs, grounds, housekeeping, and contracted services, ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies.
This overview is not exhaustive. All duties should be performed as assigned by supervisors.
Education and Experience: 5-7 years of progressive responsibility in a multi-building campus, with at least 5 years in supervisory roles. An Associate’s Degree or equivalent is required; a degree in engineering or related fields is a plus. Experience in senior living is preferred.
Certifications and Licenses: Valid State Driver’s License required for vehicle travel.
Decision-Making: Apply guidelines and use judgment to solve complex problems based on experience and standards.
Knowledge and Skills: Extensive knowledge of relevant skills, with a good understanding of organizational and work environment dynamics.
