SCAN Group is seeking a service-oriented Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our Real Estate, Facility Operations, and Security team at the myPlace Health facility in Los Angeles. You will perform a variety of general maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall patching, while supporting upgrades and ongoing operations.

You will manage tickets, monitor SLA compliance, maintain grounds, respond to emergencies, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Valid California Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate excellence in repair and maintenance work in a fast-paced setting.
• Enter updates in the maintenance ticketing system and address requests promptly.
• Perform painting, drywall patching, plumbing, furniture assembly/repair, and other tasks.
• Assist with monitoring SLA performance and plan corrective actions.
• Maintain grounds and perform outdoor upkeep (raking, sweeping, leaf blowing, pressure washing).
• Report hazards and coordinate with facilities leadership on needs and issues.
• Provide maintenance support for new care centers and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain records of work orders, equipment logs, and inventories.
