Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

• Valid Colorado Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, repair and preventive maintenance on county buildings and property.
• Operate tools and equipment for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related work.
• Respond to emergencies and safety concerns, including after-hours as needed.
• Maintain grounds, sidewalks, and exterior areas; assist with painting and relocations.
• Follow County safety rules and work with custodians as needed.
