Job summary

Keytronic is seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Technician in El Paso, TX to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and machinery, while completing custodial tasks. The role supports a dynamic, team-based environment with growth opportunities through training and on-the-job learning.

Candidates should have an Associate’s degree or technical degree with at least 3 years of related experience, and strong knowledge of safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or technical degree with at least 3 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong communication, math, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, monitoring, and troubleshooting of facility equipment and machinery to identify issues and complete preventive maintenance.
• Oversee outside contractor installations, maintenance, and repairs involving facility equipment and machinery.
• Perform routine facility maintenance such as lighting replacements, filter changes, and other upkeep tasks.
• Perform basic plumbing repairs and carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance tasks as needed.
• Complete custodial duties, restock supplies, and maintain clean work areas.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance schedules and document activities.
