Woodward Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician (Maintenance) for our Spartanburg, SC site. The role supports operations in a manufacturing environment for hydraulic actuators, with opportunities at LEVEL II and LEVEL III pay bands depending on experience.

Key duties include preventive maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, documentation of work orders, and safety compliance, with potential mentorship of junior technicians and cross-functional collaboration to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with facilities infrastructure for electrical, plumbing and hydraulics.
• Experience diagnosing mechanical issues and performing preventative maintenance.
• Ability to mentor junior technicians and coordinate maintenance activities.

Responsabilités

• Execute preventive maintenance procedures to ensure equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical issues, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and part usage.
• Adhere to safety protocols and communicate status of maintenance with the team.
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks across cross-functional teams.
• Develop or contribute to maintenance procedures for new equipment.
