Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial or maintenance technology.
• At least 2 years maintenance experience in facilities or distribution.
• Knowledge of industrial electricity including single-/three-phase power.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of mechanical theory including bearings, hydraulics and conveyors.
• Willing to climb to elevated levels and lift up to 80 pounds.
• Able to perform repetitive bending, crouching and walking.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance tasks and minor repairs on FC equipment.
• Uses structured maintenance systems per manufacturer recommendations.
• Maintains efficient operation by clearing jams and removing debris.
• Performs general building maintenance as directed (lamp replacement, plumbing, etc.).
