Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and janitorial work.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and logs.
• Physically able to perform manual labor including lifting and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect machinery, equipment and building systems for maintenance needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance (light bulbs, painting, pressure washing).
• Keep records of maintenance, parts used and time spent on repairs.
• Schedule activities to minimize disruption to operations.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed during maintenance.
• Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests.
• Ensure cleanliness of buildings and public areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
