Qualifications

• Desirable completion of an applicable technical training program.
• Minimum of five years of building repair and maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, painting).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe operation and daily monitoring of maintenance activities.
• Implement preventative maintenance plans for facility and assets.
• Maintain lighting systems, bulbs, and ballasts.
• Assist operations with maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment.
• Perform interior/exterior maintenance including furniture, fixtures and appearance of the dealership.
