The role includes building maintenance, equipment support, general repairs, and physical labor to keep facilities clean, safe, and operating efficiently.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently while supporting a team.
• Experience in general maintenance, construction, facilities, or related trade preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance and repairs of company buildings and facilities.
• Perform general labor including painting, cleaning, organizing, and property upkeep.
• Support the installation, repair, and maintenance of shop equipment.
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs as needed.
• Maintain the appearance of company grounds, parking lots, and exterior areas.
• Respond to maintenance requests from shop locations.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
• Help with facility improvement projects and preventative maintenance.
• Load, unload, and move materials, equipment, and supplies.
