Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of general building maintenance, facilities, construction, or related experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic carpentry, painting, plumbing and general building repairs
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
• Experience in nonprofit/healthcare or residential setting a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of building systems, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, and life safety equipment.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple agency locations.
• Assist with maintaining accurate inspection and maintenance records.
• Support overall operation of STAR's facilities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and facility emergencies when needed
