Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
• Experience in housing/facility maintenance preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and be flexible for on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance repairs and services using hand, power, and specialty tools.
• Complete turnover of vacant rooms/apartments as directed by supervisor.
• Monitor and maintain building systems and respond to work orders.
• Perform exterior property duties and basic landscaping as needed.
• Ensure safety standards and maintain professional conduct with tenants and vendors.
