Real Estate Management Solutions LLC is hiring Facilities Maintenance Technicians across Baraboo, Madison, and Monona, WI. We offer full-time and part-time positions at multiple locations with on-call rotations for nights and weekends.

The role involves hands-on maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs, plus grounds care and property upkeep. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with travel between properties as needed.

Qualifications

• A diverse and well-rounded skillset with the ability to support multiple maintenance functions.
• Experience providing maintenance services for rental properties, storage facilities, or similar is highly desired
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and with team members
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties as needed

Responsibilities

• Performing general building maintenance, repairs and improvements such as painting, structural and minor roof repair
• Apartment turn-over, HVAC, minor electrical, plumbing, appliance installation/removal, and emergency maintenance
• Providing grounds maintenance, including landscaping, exterior building maintenance, and snow removal
• Maintaining streets and common areas of the property
• Safely operate a truck to transport materials
• Communicating effectively and professionally with all residents and coworkers while working in a team environment
