Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a full-time facilities maintenance technician in the Phoenix area to manage preventive and predictive maintenance across building, HVAC, cooling systems, conveyors, and safety infrastructure. The role includes keeping PM records, coordinating work orders, and ensuring operations meet budget and performance standards.

The position emphasizes adherence to safety and ISO standards, with shifts on First/Day hours, overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: One-year College or university program certificate; or three to six month’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with basic mathematical skills.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains facility equipment and systems, including building structure, HVAC, cooling systems, conveyors, grounds, safety equipment, and related PM tasks.
• Maintains preventive maintenance records and ISO-aligned processes.
• Monitors work orders and ensures timely completion of maintenance activities.
