Job summary

Pyramid Management Group is seeking a reliable Maintenance Mechanic to keep our center’s facilities performing at peak. You’ll perform interior and exterior repairs, prevent downtime, and protect the property value through hands-on upkeep and proactive troubleshooting.

Key duties include basic plumbing, HVAC preventative maintenance, coordinating with contractors, and supporting on-site staff. A High School Diploma or GED and a strong work ethic are preferred; prior building maintenance

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in general building maintenance or equivalent trade background.
• Solid basic plumbing and HVAC preventative maintenance skills.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior repairs including drywall, painting, flooring, roofing.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems to prevent downtime.
• Assist customers on-site and communicate equipment health to supervisor.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
