Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair techniques.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to coordinate outside vendors and maintain relationships with external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks across various property locations.
• Respond promptly to employee or external maintenance requests and emergencies to resolve issues and restore functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or upgrades, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to schedules.
• Assist in managing inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment to ensure availability when needed.
• Support safety programs by identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions to prevent accidents.
