Job summary

Qualifications

Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics.
Experience using CMMS or computerized work order systems.
Flexibility on shifts is preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility equipment.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
Maintain facility systems including HVAC, air compressors, pumps, piping, chillers, wastewater, and electrical equipment.
Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using CMMS.
Follow all safety procedures and support a safe, team oriented work environment.
