Job summary
Ashton North LLC in Smyrna, TN is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support an advanced manufacturing facility across multiple shifts. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing facility equipment, and performing preventive and predictive maintenance on HVAC, compressors, pumps, piping, chillers, and electrical systems.
Candidates should have industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, be able to read electrical and mechanical schematics, and use CMMS or computerized work
Qualifications
- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics.
- Experience using CMMS or computerized work order systems.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility equipment.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Maintain facility systems including HVAC, air compressors, pumps, piping, chillers, wastewater, and electrical equipment.
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using CMMS systems.
- Follow all safety procedures and support a safe, team oriented work environment.
