Join a team of professionals at TURBOCAM International as a Facilities Maintenance Technician II (CORP) – 1st Shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, including cleanup, snow removal, and landscaping tasks such as planting and pruning.
• Perform seasonal grounds maintenance like mowing and snow plowing.
• Assist with HVAC, painting, small construction, repairs, and welding projects.
• Conduct safety and security inspections.
• Support on-call duties and perform other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years of maintenance experience, including plumbing, electrical, and construction.
• Strong mechanical skills, including diagnosing small engines and diesel equipment.
• Basic HVAC, hydraulics, and welding skills.
• Proficient with power tools and operation of machinery like snowplows and tractors.
• Valid driver’s license, forklift certification, and ability to obtain a DOT health card.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended hours when required.
