Join a team of professionals where you will be responsible for grounds cleanup, snow removal, and assisting the Facilities Maintenance Lead/Supervisor with various duties. This role also involves welding, working on small engine equipment, hydraulics, and similar tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure grounds are clean at all TURBOCAM facilities, including removing debris, branches, and downed limbs.
• Assist with landscaping tasks such as planting, pruning, and spreading mulch.
• Perform seasonal grounds maintenance like mowing, raking, plowing, and snow shoveling.
• Support HVAC, painting, small construction, repairs, and welding projects as directed.
• Communicate daily with the lead/supervisor about progress and new tasks.
• Conduct safety and security inspections.
• Participate in the on-call team.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Over 5 years of maintenance experience, including plumbing, electrical, and construction.
• Strong mechanical skills, capable of diagnosing and repairing small engines and larger diesel equipment.
• Basic HVAC skills.
• Proficiency with hydraulics, MIG and Arc welding.
• Experience with power tools and operation of snowplows, tractors, loaders, and small engines.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license, forklift certification, and ability to obtain a DOT health card.
• Ability to pass medical evaluations for respirator use.
• Physical ability to climb stairs and ladders, lift at least fifty pounds, and work extended hours.
