Responsibilities

• Apply intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance.
• Perform plumbing maintenance on pipes, drains, faucets, and showers.
• Replace breakers and prevent possible electric hazards.
• Complete preventative programs on all systems such as HVAC.
• Repair interior walls and ceilings.
• Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies.
• Adhere to the company's safety programs.
