Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of facilities maintenance/repair experience preferred.
• Associate degree in facilities maintenance trades may substitute for 3 years of experience.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-skilled maintenance, repair, adjustment and minor construction work across trades.
• Guide less-skilled staff and assist with larger assignments as needed.
• Maintain building systems, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks.
• Keep electronic records for preventative maintenance and work orders.
• Operate university vehicle safely and report maintenance needs.
