Essential Functions for the Facilities Maintenance Technician II Position:

· Main point of contact for the client at your assigned site.

· Ensure that service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality.

· Perform repairs and troubleshooting of facility's electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.

· Minor troubleshooting of faulty electrical systems/circuits.

· Minor HVAC PMs; replacing filters according to PM schedule.

· Replace door locks and hardware.

· Repair and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows and furniture.

· Oversee sub-contractor activity.

· Building audits and PM’s.

· Small project work.

· Utilize CMMS work order system.

· All other duties as assigned.

Requirements for the Facilities Maintenance Technician II Position:

· Possess outstanding customer service skills and attitude.

· 3+ years of general maintenance craft experience.

· Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CMMS system.

· Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.

· Personal hand tools.

· Craft License or certificate in one trade preferred.

· Valid Driver's License.

· Must be able to pass FBI/BCI background check and drug test prior to starting.
