Job summary

Four Winds Casino Hartford is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, assist on projects, and handle cosmetic repairs to facility finishes. You will troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC tasks while following safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities include lighting inspections, responding to requests, maintaining pool facilities if applicable, and keeping a neat, organized work area. A Level 4 Gaming License is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and air conditioning maintenance.
• EPA I & II or Universal license, Certified Pool Operator preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
• Applicant must pass a physical abilities test including color vision.
• A Level 4 Gaming License is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and basic preventative and corrective tasks.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment maintenance problems in electrical, plumbing and related systems.
• Assist on department projects and cosmetic repairs to facility finishes.
• Inspect lighting and respond to maintenance requests within designated time frames.
• Maintain a clean, organized engineering shop and prepare daily work forms.
• Adhere to safety policies and OSHA regulations.
