Essential Functions

• Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
• Perform minor troubleshooting of electrical systems and circuits
• Conduct minor HVAC preventive maintenance, such as replacing filters
• Replace door locks and hardware
• Maintain floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, doors, windows, and furniture
• Assist with installation and repair of equipment
• Drive company vehicles for tasks like snow removal and material pickup
• Handle small projects
• Availability for weekends, holidays, and on-call duties
• Use CMMS work order system
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Outstanding customer service skills and a can-do attitude
• At least 2 years of general maintenance experience
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with CMMS software is a plus
• Ability to complete required safety training
• Personal hand tools are advantageous
• Craft license or certification in one trade
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass FBI/BCI background check and drug screening
